Senior Attorney, Litigation - Cook Group Inc.
Overview:

- Our Global Legal team is seeking an experienced Senior Attorney, Litigation to join us full-time.
- The preference is for this position to be hybrid, with 2-3 days a week on-site in Bloomington, IN.

Responsibilities:
- As the Senior Attorney, Litigation, you will provide strategic legal advice in all aspects of the litigation process, including management of claims and cases.
- You will identify and mitigate risks by researching and providing advice on complex legal and commercial compliance issues.
- You will lead outside counsel and manage budgets to deliver results within established budgets.
- Stay updated on relevant law, regulations, and evolving developments.
- Develop and participate in education and training to ensure employees and management are knowledgeable of pertinent standards, policies, and laws.
- Partner with various teams and external collaborators to understand the legal and business environment and advance legal policy interests.
- Develop and support processes, policies, and procedures within the global legal function.
- Ensure compliance with Cook's Code of Conduct in all business matters.
Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of experience, with a background in a major law firm and developing strategy for complex litigation.
- Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industry.
- . degree with an active license to practice law in the United States.
