Our Financial Services Tax practice at PwC provides value through digitization, automation and increased efficiencies to help our clients meet their tax obligations. As a Manager, you will work as part of a team to solve complex business issues related to tax consulting and tax reporting and compliance. You will also help organisations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties and provide advice on tax implications of deals.

Requirements and Preferences:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
- Extensive abilities and/or proven record of success in dealing with tax issues facing multinational US companies or publicly traded entities
- Extensive abilities and/or proven record of success as a tax technical professional
- Research business and industry trends to develop a point of view to leverage in assisting with proposals
- Consider opportunities across multiple lines of service
- Extensive abilities and/or proven record of success with automation & digitization in a professional services environment
- Innovate through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions
- Work with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools
- Extensive abilities and/or proven record of success in pricing, client value and the negotiation process
- Review contracts and find opportunities to introduce new pricing options
- Identify and address client needs
- Participate in client discussions and meetings actively
- Communicate a broad range of Firm services
- Manage engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues
- Execute corporate planning and compliance, as well as tax accounting and financial reporting
- Utilize ASC 740 techniques
- Demonstrate technical skills working with tax tools and resources
- Use research methods including but not limited to Westlaw, RIA and CCH
- Team leader
- Create a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members
- Provide candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner
