Represent clients in civil litigation matters, independently or under senior attorney supervision
Handle state and federal court proceedings and administrative agency litigation
Draft and prepare legal documents including briefs, memoranda, opinion letters, and correspondence
Participate in strategic planning for national-level class action lawsuits
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant substantive law and court procedures
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, courts, consultants, and opposing counsel
Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues
Respond promptly to court deadlines, internal needs, and client matters, including under time constraints
Contribute to high-profile cases with opportunities to take on leadership roles
Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience
Demonstrated interest in class action, employment, or consumer protection litigation
Ability to work effectively both independently and in collaboration with a team
Capacity to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the state of California (in good standing)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong legal research and analytical abilities
Strategic thinker with attention to detail
Familiarity with federal and state court rules and litigation procedures
Comfortable taking initiative and assuming leadership responsibilities
Passion for advocacy in plaintiffs’-side litigation
