The candidate will be responsible to advise the Court on extraordinary writ petitions and motions, Bar discipline/admission and rule/jury instruction cases, and various other duties. Accredited law school graduate, top 25%, journal experience is preferred. Should have excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently or with team, maintain large caseload, meet deadlines, work effectively with Justices and staff, maintain confidentiality is necessary. Florida Bar membership is required, current or sitting for next exam.
