Job Title: Director, Forensic Technology Services (eDiscovery Consulting)

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client contact and practice leader, providing eDiscovery support using a wide range of technologies and industry best practices.
- Assist clients in resolving legal matters by offering eDiscovery litigation support on various projects such as domestic and cross-border disputes, internal and public investigations.
- Establish consultative relationships with clients to guide them toward best practices in eDiscovery support.
- Oversee projects involving the identification, collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) relevant to litigation or investigations.
- Collaborate with clients to implement efficient workflows, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure ESI is discoverable, viewable, and useful.
- Lead a team of junior professionals supporting each phase of delivery.
- Communicate with clients and team members about commitments, deadlines, project status updates, and delivery issues.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of support tasks and successful completion of project objectives.
- Manage end-to-end project management, including planning, resourcing, organizing, and managing staff on active engagements.
- Conduct external and internal meetings to review work results.
- Ensure eDiscovery best practices are followed for accuracy and reliability by performing quality control checks.
- Demonstrate expertise in leading eDiscovery tools like Relativity and Brainspace.
- Prepare and update documentation of progress and milestones, including summaries of team efforts, tracking, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamlining.

Education and Experience Information:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required, with a preference for fields like computer science, information management, data science, or related areas.
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information from several sources.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and projects.
- Exceptional client service and follow-up skills, including interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast learner, eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Preferred Attributes:
- Expertise in industry-standard review and production tools, such as Relativity, Reveal, Nuix, Brainspace.
- Extensive experience with standard eDiscovery methodology and best practices, with at least 7 years of experience in client service delivery.
- Sound technical understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Experience using Relativity Server and Relativity One as an advanced user and database administrator.
- Experience with document review management is beneficial but not required.

Salary Information:
- The salary range is $130,000 - $175,000 annually, dependent on variables including education, experience, skills, and geography.
- A discretionary bonus program is available based on individual and firm performance.
- Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for company fringe benefits, including healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan. Eligibility requirements must be met for a discretionary contribution to the 401(k).
- Employees are eligible for paid time off, including vacation, personal days, seventy-two hours of sick time, ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The amount of vacation and personal days varies based on tenure and role type.
