Position: General Litigation/Transportation Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Independently handle litigation matters, including but not limited to commercial litigation, premises liability, general negligence, property damage, construction, and personal injury.
- Manage cases involving Michigan No-Fault, Third Party & Commercial Auto Liability, and Network Transportation Claims.
- Draft pleadings, take depositions, and argue motions in court.
- Conduct excellent research and write legal briefs.
- Demonstrate strong general litigation motion writing and courtroom oral skills.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Utilize strong analytical, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills in all aspects of work.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Juris Doctor (.) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA)-approved law school.
- Active membership in the State Bar of Michigan and be a member in good standing.
- At least three to five years of experience in transportation law and litigation practice.
