Job Title: 2026 2L Corporate Summer Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The 2026 2L Corporate Summer Associate at the law firm will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects alongside different lawyers across a variety of practice areas. Responsibilities will include observing and assisting in trials, hearings, depositions, negotiations, client meetings, and closings. Associates are encouraged to engage in substantive and challenging work assignments, including Pro Bono matters. They will receive mentoring from partners and associates, participate in a collaborative work environment, and engage in writing skills training. Detailed feedback on work products and opportunities to network at various social events will be provided. Additionally, associates will partake in interactive training workshops, including those focused on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and deposition skills.

Education and Experience Information:
Applicants for the 2026 2L Corporate Summer Associate position must be rising second-year law students who are on track to graduate between December 2026 and June 2027. The law firm seeks candidates who demonstrate innovation, strong communication skills, achievement drive, interpersonal savvy, and client service excellence. Candidates should be able to work collaboratively as team members. Preference is given to law students with outstanding academic credentials, superior writing skills, and those who are members of Law Review, Journal, or Moot Court.

Salary Information:
The salary wage for the 2026 2L Corporate Summer Associate position is $4,327 per week.
