Immigration Attorney The candidate will work under the direction of the managing attorney and assists in supervising the support staff. Law assists clients from all walks of life (literally, from big-time celebrities to nearly indigent people) in many different forms of immigration relief and benefits. Direct client contact, review and correct petitions before USCIS, assisting in preparing motions to vacate in state and federal court as well as appearing before the immigration court and interviews before USCIS. Juris doctorate degree is required. Should preferably have 1+ years of Immigration law experience. Experience or a demonstrated interest in Family Petitions, Removal Defense, Waiver Preparation, Employment Visas, Immigrant, and Non-Immigration Consular Processing, Naturalization Applications (N-400), I-485 is required. Should be passed the bar and have immigration clinic experience and/or worked for an immigration law office during law school. Spanish skills are required.
