Job Description:
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a leading law firm in St. Louis, Missouri, is looking for an experienced Healthcare Associate Attorney to join our Healthcare & Insurance Division. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Provide transactional and regulatory counsel to healthcare providers, health plans, PBMs, and pharmaceutical and medical device companies
• Assist with healthcare-related legal matters and advise on industry regulations
• Collaborate with other attorneys and healthcare professionals to shape individual practice areas
• Develop and grow a thriving health law practice
Requirements:
• 3-6 years of experience in a law firm with health law experience, representing a health-related regulatory agency, or in the healthcare industry
• Experience with regulatory and transactional matters involving healthcare providers, health plans, PBMs, medical device and/or pharmaceutical manufacturers, or health information technology companies
• Experience with managed care plans is a plus
• Active license in applicable jurisdiction or ability to waive in to practice
• Exceptional academic performance and strong research, writing, and analytical skills
