Job Title: Tax Senior Manager - Global Information Reporting

Job Responsibilities:
As a Tax Senior Manager in the Financial Markets Business Advisory services, the candidate will be responsible for contributing to a variety of audit, regulatory, valuation, and financial analysis services. The role involves designing solutions to address clients' complex accounting and financial reporting challenges, as well as their broader business issues. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading staff in the preparation and filing of information returns.
- Developing innovative technology solutions to enhance compliance.
- Providing guidance to clients on complex tax issues.
- Maintaining operational excellence and fostering top-tier client interaction.
- Leveraging influence and proficiency to deliver quality results.
- Guiding teams in developing practical tax compliance solutions.
- Overseeing the implementation of compliance strategies for clients.
- Encouraging team members to voice their opinions and inviting input from quieter members.
- Effectively dealing with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
- Initiating open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
- Moving easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
- Anticipating stakeholder needs and developing potential solutions proactively.
- Contributing technical knowledge in the area of specialism.
- Promoting an environment where people and technology work together effectively.
- Navigating the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.

Education and Experience Information:
The role requires a and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Additionally, the candidate must possess one of the following certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent, or Active Member of the Bar.

Preferred educational qualifications include a degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Taxation, or Management Information Systems & Accounting. The candidate should have experience in:

- Providing guidance on global tax information reporting compliance.
- Researching complex tax issues for client conclusions.
- Reviewing US IRS tax forms and related documentary evidence.
- Leading staff in preparing and filing information returns.
- Developing innovative technology solutions for efficiency.
- Creating educational resources for reporting and withholding requirements.
- Training and managing local staff.
- Understanding US tax rules and requirements.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $124,000 to $335,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. The listed salary range pertains to roles based in Maryland, and actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
