Responsibilities:

- Lead complex financial crimes advisory engagements, including AML, sanctions, and fraud-related assessments and remediation efforts
- Oversee the development and execution of client solutions to address regulatory requirements and mitigate financial crime risks
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives at client organizations
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the Financial Crimes practice
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team
- Represent the firm as a thought leader in financial crimes

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial crimes compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and emerging trends in financial crimes
- Proven success in leading complex engagements and managing client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the .
