Legal Counsel - Real Estate Americas:

- Salary information: Not specified, but competitive and commensurate with experience
- Job title: Legal Counsel - Real Estate Americas
- Experience information: 2-6 years of relevant law firm or in-house experience, with at least 2 years of dedicated transactional real estate practice

Responsibilities:

- Independently lead negotiations and manage all types of real estate transactions, both core business and xScale
- Interpret contracts, provide legal advice and resolve disputes
- Provide power-related advice, including negotiating power purchase agreements, assisting with substation construction arrangements, and assisting with regulatory advice
- Provide general legal support to the organization
- Effectively and efficiently manage outside counsel
- Work with and coordinate activities among various departments
- Navigate competing workflows and set appropriate priorities
- Think creatively and devise solutions to challenging problems
- Exercise mature and reliable judgment
- Flexibility and willingness to work on challenging and new projects
- Willingness to develop new areas of expertise

Qualifications:

- 2-6 years of relevant law firm or in-house experience, with at least 2 years of dedicated transactional real estate practice
- Previous experience regarding energy law and power-related agreements a plus
- Experience or familiarity with data centers and the colocation and telecommunications services industries a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a demanding workload
- Experience working in a culturally diverse and global company a plus
