The successful candidate will manage legal processes from inception through post-judgment remedies, providing high-quality legal representation in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.DutiesProvide expert analysis and advice on legal and regulatory risks.Negotiate with opposing counsel to resolve cases.Travel to various courts within Florida for legal proceedings and hearings.Report activity and results to the Managing Attorney.RequirementsBar Admission: Florida, member in good standing; additional state licenses are a plus.0-3 years of civil litigation/trial experience, with preference for experience in debt collection, foreclosure, FDCPA, RESPA, and TILA claims.Education. from an accredited law school.CertificationsActive Florida law license.SkillsExceptional legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and case management software.Strong courtroom presence and trial experience.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Strong work ethic and team collaboration.BenefitsRemote work opportunity.
