Draft a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Conduct legal research on multi-faceted issues across various jurisdictions
Attend court proceedings, hearings, and trials to represent client interests
Engage in client meetings, intake, and case strategy sessions
Collaborate with other attorneys on high-stakes litigation and advisory work
Assist in the preparation of discovery and evidence presentation
Manage caseload with support from administrative staff
Maintain accurate case records and deadlines using legal practice management tools
Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced legal setting
Willingness to travel within and outside of Pennsylvania for hearings and client matters
Strong interest in trial work and courtroom advocacy
Capable of working independently and collaboratively with legal teams
Demonstrated aptitude for clear, persuasive legal writing
Commitment to client service and ethical standards
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Excellent research and analytical thinking
Compelling written and oral communication
Familiarity with litigation procedures in both state and federal courts
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in using legal databases and office productivity software
