Bet Tzedek Legal Services, a non-profit organization, is seeking a Directing Attorney to lead and manage a key pillar of the agency's Seniors, Dependent and Caregiver team. This team is dedicated to protecting dependent adults and seniors through legal processes such as Probate Conservatorship, Advance Planning and alternative legal tools. The Directing Attorney will work closely with the CEO, VP Legal, and program staff to develop and implement all aspects of the program, as well as manage relationships with external stakeholders and facilitate volunteer involvement.
Requirements for this position include being an active member of the California State Bar in good standing, with a minimum of 5 years related experience/practice of law. Mastery of caregiver issues, Spanish-language proficiency, and a strong understanding and commitment to Bet Tzedek's mission and core values are also preferred qualifications.
The salary for this position ranges from $110,000-$130,000 DOE/DOQ and includes an excellent benefits package.
