Job Title: Investment Funds Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Join the Investment Funds practice group at the law firm.
- Represent private equity firms and other asset managers in the formation of their funds.
- Handle GP stakes sales and secondary transactions.
- Engage in a range of other corporate transactional matters.
- Work on fund formation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, and other corporate transactional matters.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates should have four to seven years of experience.
- Experience in fund formation, M&A, capital markets, and other corporate transactional matters is strongly considered.

Salary Information:
- The hiring salary range for this position is between $310,000 and $420,000.
- Compensation is based on the roles and responsibilities of the position, as well as the experience and education of the applicant.
