Job Title: General Liability Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
The General Liability Associate Attorney will be expected to engage in all phases of insurance defense litigation. Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting strong research and writing to support case management
- Engaging in motion practice and discovery processes
- Handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
- Managing cases effectively from inception through resolution
- Working collaboratively with seasoned trial attorneys within the General Liability Practice

The role requires the attorney to represent defendants in significant exposure cases across various general liability areas. The practice specializes in litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases. The attorney will work alongside partners and senior associates who have extensive trial experience and are recognized for their defense verdicts and achievements.

Education and Experience Information:
- Admission to the Virginia Bar is required
- At least 1-6 years of experience in insurance defense litigation is preferred
- Candidates should possess strong research and writing skills
- Experience in any litigation arena with substantive litigation experience is also considered valuable
