Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation related to privacy and data security.
• Experience with government regulation and international policy enforcement.
• Strong understanding of technology and its implications in privacy law.
• Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) preferred.
