Job Title: Spring 2026 Tax Internship

Job Responsibilities:

As a Tax Intern at Company, you will be responsible for delivering tax advisory and compliance services to clients. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tax by working full time, participating in intern orientation, and engaging in technical training and development programs. You will have the chance to experience on-the-job training through real work engagements, which will demonstrate how your academic experience translates to the professional environment. You will learn directly from experienced associates, seniors, managers, and partners who possess specialized experience and technical knowledge across numerous industries and services. The role also involves building friendships and strong work relationships while gaining valuable experience, and demonstrating your performance and ability to join Company as a full-time associate.

Education and Experience Information:

Candidates must be enrolled as a student during the current school year in an accounting, law, or related business program, with sufficient coursework and credits to sit for the CPA and/or Bar exam in the state you are being considered for before beginning full-time employment. Candidates must be able to work full time for the duration of the internship. Note that there is currently no immigration sponsorship available for this position. Successful candidates should have outstanding academic performance, with a preferred GPA of or above. Relevant internship, work experience, and/or involvement with a professional organization are desired. The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel is essential. Candidates should demonstrate skills in time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving. Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, and adaptability are also important. Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.

Salary Information:

The compensation range for this role is $29 to $35 per hour. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
