Job Title: Partnership Tax SALT Senior Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead large projects and innovate processes to ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain a high standard of operational excellence in every task undertaken.
- Interact with clients at a senior level to drive the success of projects and ensure client satisfaction.
- Perform state and local tax return reviews to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Fulfill compliance tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to prepare necessary reports for tax return preparation.
- Analyze reports for the preparation of the company's tax returns.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to secure overall project success.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is necessary.
- A Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Having a CPA, EA, or being a Member of the Bar is preferred.
- Experience in performing state and local tax return reviews is advantageous.
- Monitoring tax compliance requirements is a key responsibility.
- Conducting tax research and solving complex tax issues is part of the role.
- Experience working with financial statements and journal entries is beneficial.
- An understanding of financial systems and business processes is required.
- Coordinating with other departments for tax preparation is expected.
- Innovating through new and existing technologies is a valuable skill.
Salary Information:
The salary range for the Partnership Tax SALT Senior Manager position is between $89,000 and $315,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. The actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
