Job Title: Associate Attorney, Insurance Defense (Personal Injury)

Job Responsibilities:
As an Associate Attorney in the Insurance Defense (Personal Injury) practice, the candidate will be expected to manage a caseload of active files and play a crucial role in defending claims related to auto/trucking accidents, premises liability, construction site accidents, and general negligence. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing cases from intake through resolution, including trial preparation and gaining trial experience.
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Taking and defending depositions.
- Attending court hearings and mediations.
- Communicating directly with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel.
- Strategizing with seasoned litigators to achieve meaningful results.

Education and Experience Information:
- The candidate must possess a Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.
- The position requires 1 to 10+ years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on insurance defense and personal injury matters.

Salary Information:
