Attorney Represented Bodily Injury Claims Manager

Job Responsibilities
The Attorney Represented Bodily Injury Claims Manager is responsible for leading a team of Attorney-Represented Bodily Injury Adjusters, ensuring that they provide exceptional claims and inquiry service to agents through chat. The manager is tasked with managing and motivating a team of ten to fifteen adjuster staff or vendors to achieve high performance levels and expert execution of required claim processes. This includes supporting the implementation of operational initiatives to meet claim, discipline, claims service area, and company business objectives. The manager develops strategies to enhance employee performance and ensures the expert execution of claim processes. Other responsibilities include:

- Frequently participating in special projects as a subject matter expert
- Managing and overseeing the performance of vendors
- Overseeing responses to highly complex arbitrations contentions
- Overseeing the negotiation of highly complex claim settlements
- Resolving highly complex customer conflicts or issues
- Analyzing unit reports and supporting the achievement of business unit objectives
- Defining, analyzing, and tracking department, section, and/or unit measures
- Reviewing employee work quality and interactions with customers through ride-alongs or sit-alongs and file reviews

The manager is also responsible for monitoring staffing levels and workloads, providing coaching and mentoring, participating in performance reviews, managing customer conflicts, and assisting with establishing unit goals and objectives. The role involves delivering compassionate service that is fast, fair, and easy, to ensure customer retention.

Education
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Experience
- 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has supervisory duties, which include managing and motivating a team of adjusters or vendors, providing coaching and mentoring, and participating in performance reviews.

Education & Experience (in lieu)
In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
