Job Description:
- Gain valuable experience in the legislative process and functioning of a congressional office
- Research legislation, attend hearings and briefings, and answer constituent letters and calls
- Assigned to policy areas based on interest
- Flexible hours to accommodate students' course schedules

- Open to undergraduate and graduate students, as well as recent graduates

Responsibilities:
- Research legislation and policy areas
- Attend hearings and briefings
- Answer constituent letters and calls
- Complete assigned tasks and projects
- Collaborate with office staff and other interns
- Participate in office events and meetings
Qualifications:
- Interest in the legislative process and congressional office functions
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus
