Job Description:
- Prepare and draft legal documents
- Draft pleadings and motions
- Correspond with attorneys, court personnel, and clients
- Interview witnesses and prepare them to testify
- Ensure accuracy of all documents
- Appear in court promptly
- Handle all aspects of assigned cases
- Perform administrative duties as necessary
- Conduct legal research

Qualifications:

- Kansas license required
- Family law experience preferred, but not required
- Senior associate positions available for attorneys with 5+ years of litigation experience
