Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will be able to immediately take over handling of case files currently in litigation, which include provider suits, 3rd party auto negligence claims, premises liability cases. Should have 1-2 years of prior experience in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions and arguing motions. Preference will be given to candidates that have experience with first and third-party auto claims. Should have strong legal research and writing skills. A past work history of progressively more responsibility in case and client management. Be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan and in good standing with the Michigan Bar.
