LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
The candidate will analyze and investigate litigation matters. Develop arguments (including researching applicable caselaw). Assist in all phases of litigation including arguing and defending motions, taking and defending depositions, and participation at trial. Prepare and review motions, briefs, and discovery. Report to partners and clients regarding case status. Must have 3+ years litigation experience. Excellent organizational skills. Proactive mindset with a proven ability to work independently. High level of professionalism and outstanding interpersonal skills. Active North Carolina bar license is needed.
