Law Firm is seeking an experienced Patent Attorney with Electrical Engineering background
Law Firm is looking for an experienced Patent Attorney to join our team. We are looking for someone with a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years of patent drafting and prosecution experience.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is result-oriented and has a strong attention to detail with a focus on problem solving. They should be attracted to challenges and have a fearless interest in excellence and take great pride in their work. Curiosity and passion for innovation and technology is an added bonus.
The position does not require in-office work or relocation, as remote working is available. There are no hidden requirements to be a successful member of our team.

Job Summary:
• Job Title: Patent Attorney, Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 10+ years of patent drafting and prosecution experience
• Education: Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States as a citizen or Green Card holder
• Location: Remote working available
Job Responsibilities:
• Draft and prosecute patent applications
• Analyze and interpret patent-related legal information
• Research and review patent documents
• Review and analyze patentability of inventions
• Prepare and respond to office actions
• Monitor and advise on patent infringement
• Create and maintain patent-related documents
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members
• Develop strategies to protect intellectual property
• Stay up-to-date on patent laws and regulations
• Provide guidance and support to clients
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Adhere to legal and ethical standards
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
Job Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of patent drafting and prosecution experience
• Knowledge of patent laws and regulations
• Superior research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other legal software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary:
