Job Responsibilities:

Education and Experience Information:
- JD from an accredited law school and membership in at least one state Bar.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in law firms, governmental agencies, or in-house legal departments.
- Background in product launches and advising on legal and regulatory aspects of product development in financial services or fintech.
- Experience with consumer lending products and consumer protection laws (UDAAP, FCRA, ECOA, TILA, SCRA/MLA, etc.).
- Experience advising on servicing and collection requirements for consumer lending products (FDCPA, Regulation F).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Intellectual creativity and a problem-solving approach involving smart legal risks.

Salary Information:
**Members Only**’s role-based compensation ensures equitable pay with adjustments for geographic location. The base salary range for this role is $241,000 - $269,298, plus equity and benefits.
