Job Title:
VP, Corporate Counsel, PGIM Private Capital, Energy & Project Finance

Job Responsibilities:
- Structuring, negotiating, and supervising documentation of project, infrastructure, oil & gas, power, and corporate finance transactions involving senior and mezzanine debt and/or equity.
- Serving as a strategic partner for PPC businesses to support the development and management of a varied investment portfolio.
- Building professional and working relationships with the leadership team and key stakeholders.
- Managing outside counsel.
- Tracking and monitoring regulatory trends that impact the business and strategizing with PPC management on appropriate actions.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in project, oil & gas, power, and/or infrastructure finance transactions, preferably with a major law firm or financial institution.
- Experience with US or international representation of lenders, developers, sponsors, or investors in power project or infrastructure financings and representation of lenders, investors, or producers in oil and gas financings.
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating financing agreements, credit support documents, intercreditor agreements, and closing documentation.
- Prior experience representing (as inside or outside counsel) insurance companies, banks, or other institutional investors in project finance transactions is advantageous.
- Cross-border/international experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity or prior experience with federal securities law and secured/structured investments.
- Admittance to practice law in New Jersey or another . state is required. If not licensed in New Jersey, the candidate must apply for a New Jersey In-House Counsel license within 60 days of employment.
- Desired skills include workout experience and foreign language skills.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this role is from $216, to $292,. Specific pricing for the role may vary within this range based on factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
