Job Title: Partnership Tax SALT Senior Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead large projects and innovate processes to ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain high standards in every task, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Interact with clients at a senior level to drive project success and foster strong relationships.
- Perform state and local tax return reviews, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Fulfill compliance tasks effectively to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to prepare necessary reports.
- Analyze reports for accurate tax return preparation.
- Communicate effectively to secure overall success and seamless operations.
Education and Experience Information:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
- Requires 6 years of experience in a related field.
- A Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- CPA, EA, or membership in the Bar is preferred.
- Experience in performing state and local tax return reviews is essential.
- Must have experience in monitoring tax compliance requirements.
- Ability to conduct tax research and solve complex tax-related issues.
- Experience working with financial statements and journal entries is necessary.
- Understanding of financial systems and business processes is crucial.
- Experience coordinating with other departments for tax preparation is important.
- Ability to innovate through new and existing technologies is valued.
Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is between $89,000 and $315,000.
- Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for the position.
- Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
