Position Requirements:

- Must be a law school graduate licensed to practice law in Iowa, eligible for admission on motion, or available for the next scheduled bar examination.
- Prior legal experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated interest in poverty law and a strong commitment to providing legal services to low-income individuals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collegial environment.
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:

- Entry-level salary of $59,000, with non-entry-level salaries based on experience.
