**Members Only** is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Business Tax Services practice. As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to provide tax compliance and advisory services to insurance companies and their related entities. This is a great opportunity for someone with a minimum of two years of corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm to join our team and grow their skills and knowledge in the insurance industry. We are looking for someone with excellent advisory and compliance skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication abilities.

In this role, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing industry knowledge and experience to our clients. You will also have the opportunity to build and manage client relationships, manage teams of tax professionals and assistants, and participate in market and business activities external to the firm. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for delivering high quality tax services and advice to our clients, and will have the chance to contribute to the growth and success of our business.

To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree and sufficient credit hours to obtain a CPA certificate. An advanced degree, such as a ., . in taxation, or Master's in Taxation (MST) is preferred. You should also have experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, and a solid knowledge of ASC 740. While knowledge of insurance company taxation is preferred, equivalent corporate experience will also be considered.
