Job Description

As a Trusts & Estates Attorney, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of estate planning and trust/estate administration. This includes utilizing trusts for various purposes, minimizing taxes, administering probate estates and trusts, preparing tax returns, and creating business entities and succession plans. You will also be involved in asset protection planning and other related tasks.
