Job Details:

Duties:

• Handle a broad range of corporate and transactional matters focusing on capital markets.
• Manage substantial components of transactions independently.
• Work collaboratively in teams to accomplish client objectives.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate law with a focus on capital markets.
• Experience in public company work and registered equity offerings, including IPOs and follow-on offerings.
• Preferred experience or interest in working with life sciences companies.
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Relevant Bar admission is required.
• Eligibility to obtain admission promptly if not currently admitted.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of corporate and securities law.
• Proficiency in managing transactions independently.
