Job Title: Content Manager - Family Law
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and update authoritative, accurate, and up-to-date practical insights on a wide range of family law topics, covering both litigation and transactional matters.
- Manage the end-to-end development of content and features aligned with business strategy and goals.
- Participate in team initiatives and support managers and other business partners (Sales, Marketing, Technical Product Managers) to drive commercial success.
- Regularly gather and integrate customer feedback to create useful legal content, tools, and resources.
- Recruit, manage, and edit content created by external authors to ensure timely delivery.
- Make recommendations for content development strategy and assist in product design.
- Stay informed about practice area trends and news.
- Monitor the competitiveness of the product offering.
- Think creatively about tools and solutions to evolve the product.
- Represent the content and practice area within the organization and externally.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, experimentation, and collaboration.
Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor degree required.
- Active bar membership in good standing.
- 5+ years of experience in family law.
- Excellent writing, editing, and analytical skills.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and conducting online legal research.
