Consilio is seeking a highly motivated Manager, Talent Solutions to join our established team of legal recruiters as part of our People & Development department. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about client service and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As the Manager, Talent Solutions, you will be responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and vetting candidates for our clients. You will also have the opportunity to build candidate rosters, network within the legal community, and assist our Client Solutions team in fulfilling orders.
Responsibilities:
As the Manager, Talent Solutions, you will:
- Recruit, screen, interview, and vet candidates for client placements
- Build a pipeline of specialized legal professionals based on supply and demand signals
- Validate candidate skills, experience, business acumen, and professionalism
- Strategize with New Business and Client Solutions teams to understand client needs and fulfill job orders
- Interact with executives in corporate legal departments and law firms to understand opportunities and present candidates
- Manage and grow existing candidate relationships by staying informed on the legal job market and client environment
- Support New Business and Client Solutions teams to provide high-quality service to clients
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on the legal talent community and job market
- Participate in legal networking opportunities to identify potential client and candidate opportunities
- Match candidates to client requirements
- Prepare candidates for client interviews
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed for candidate assignments
- Maintain relationships with candidates on and off assignment
- Document all activities in Candidate ATS (Bullhorn) and Smartsheet
- Professionally develop working candidates through regular check-ins
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Work independently and proactively to meet deadlines and prioritize deliverables
- Demonstrate sound business judgment and handle multiple matters and deadlines effectively
- Foster teamwork and collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners
- Identify and resolve issues in a positive and practical manner
- Follow through with both internal and external customers
- Exhibit strong critical thinking and attention to detail
- Learn and utilize a variety of tools and systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with Juris Doctor (.) highly preferred
- 3-5 years of legal experience, including recruiting experience, preferred
- Strong talent assessment skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ATS systems, preferably Bullhorn
