Job Responsibilities:

The attorney will be responsible for completing various court-related tasks as assigned by the supervising justice, chief justice, or the court. Education and Experience Information:
Applicants for this position must be licensed Texas attorneys with a minimum of one year of legal practice. Candidates are expected to have exceptional credentials and demonstrate excellent analytical and research skills. A strong knowledge of legal principles in both civil and criminal law is required, or the ability to discover these principles through research. Additionally, applicants should be familiar with the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure and rules of citation form. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for this role.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Attorney IV position is $125,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience. The position also includes benefits such as vacation, sick leave, health insurance, retirement, and other benefits provided in accordance with State policy.
