Represent clients in complex litigation matters across a range of industries
Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and strategic insight
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
Manage discovery processes, including depositions, document review, and expert preparation
Appear in court and participate in hearings and trials as appropriate
Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on litigation strategy and client management
3–6 years of litigation experience at a law firm or equivalent legal setting
Demonstrated experience managing substantive aspects of complex cases
Proven ability to work independently and within teams under tight deadlines
Admission to the Illinois Bar required
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited . law school
Active membership in the Illinois Bar
Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
Strong oral advocacy and interpersonal communication
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-tier work
Ability to manage multiple litigation matters concurrently
Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to legal problem-solving
