Job Title: Legal Solutions Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify targets for Legal Transformation Services (LTS) in collaboration with the sales team and lead high-level legal transformation discussions with C-level executives such as CLO, GC, and CFO, as well as senior management.
- Drive the sales cycle with the aim of expanding LTS offerings and generating revenue through broader Legal Solutions Sales (LSS) service lines, including eDiscovery, attorney review, EMS, and IG/Breach.
- Utilize current and future professional networks to identify new opportunities beyond existing clients, directly pursuing LTS opportunities when no Account Director is available.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's service and technology-enabled offerings, and maintain strong, enduring relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Serve as the link between client stakeholders and the company's LTS consulting and delivery organization.
- Promote the company's LTS practice offerings and technology products to industry workgroups, conferences, and publications.
- Identify and develop global opportunities, collaborating with sales teams to ensure growth and attainment.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 10 years of C-level and senior executive-level consultative sales experience, with at least 5 years of account management or other relevant experience demonstrating skills related to Legal Transformation Services.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent is required.
- A JD degree is preferred.

Salary Information:
The compensation range for this role is $130,000 to $170,000 USD annually, with eligibility for a sales commission plan. Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors, including the location-based market rate for the role, your abilities in relation to the job specification, performance during screening and interview, and pay parity with the wider team in the considered location. Further details about the package will be provided during the initial screening call with the Talent Acquisition Team.
