Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced attorney with 7-10 years of experience in the field of elder law. The ideal candidate should possess leadership, management, accounting, mentorship, thought leadership, subject matter expertise, and patience. Preferred credentials include CELA, ACTEC, CFP, CPA, and LLM designations.
Compensation
Hook Law typically pays in the top quartile of its competition, and salary is negotiable, commensurate with experience. We offer productivity based bonuses paid quarterly that can significantly enhance base pay. We also provide a rich retirement plan with Roth or Traditional contributions subject to plan requirements, and firm contributions to non-highly compensated employees. Additionally, we offer 100% employee Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage, 90% of employee premium coverage, and vision/dental insurance. Employees can also receive a clothing stipend, budgeted reimbursement for CLEs, bar dues, association dues, conferences, travel, meals, tuition, and malpractice insurance coverage. Certain relocation costs may be reimbursed.

- Preferred credentials include CELA, ACTEC, CFP, CPA, and LLM designations
Compensation:
- Salary is in the top quartile of its competition and is negotiable, commensurate with experience

- Firm Contributions (Subject to vesting rules): 3% Safe Harbor Contribution to non-highly compensated employees; Direct Recognition Variable Investment Plan (contribution), Profit Sharing Contribution
