Looking for a challenging and rewarding career in aviation law? Join **Members Only**, the world's premier aviation law firm, as an Aviation Associate in our Orange County office. We are seeking a highly motivated litigation attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Representing clients in the aviation, aerospace, and products liability industries
- Taking depositions, arguing motions, and attending court hearings and mediations
- Drafting legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Preparing status reports and recommendations for clients
- Reviewing documents in preparation for litigation
- Working on all aspects of litigation, from initial pleading through trial

Education and Experience:
- Experience in aviation and/or products liability law preferred
- Strong background in discovery and law and motion
- Familiarity with state and federal court systems
- Excellent academic credentials and work history

Skills and Ability:
- Superior writing and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and time-sensitive matters
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
