Job Title:
Senior Manager, Business Tax Services

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships for a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses
- Participate in accounting for income taxes, including compliance with ASC 740
- Collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary team to offer industry-specific knowledge and experience
- Manage a portfolio of clients of varying sizes and scope, acting as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while supervising teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects
- Engage in market and business activities outside the company to expand reach and influence
- Oversee risk management and financial performance of engagements, including billing, collections, and managing project budgets
- Advise clients by delivering high-quality tax services and expert advice

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of eight years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Licensed CPA, EA, or JD/LLM with strong knowledge of ASC 740 is required
- For those without at least one of the approved designations or credentials at the time of employment, there is a one-year period from the date of hire to obtain one of the approved designations or credentials
- Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnerships is essential
- Prior experience managing multiple client engagements and service teams is necessary
- Excellent advisory and compliance skills, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities to articulate complex information
