Job Title: Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain Contracts (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contracts support for leaders within the Global Supply Chain organization, responsible for several product and non-product commodities.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of supply chain operations to conduct comprehensive contractual analysis on existing deals, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations to mitigate disputes and enhance contract performance.
- Review, draft, and negotiate Global Supply Chain contracts, playing a pivotal role in driving strategic goals by delivering contract solutions that support business growth and optimize operational efficiency.
- Define and present legal terms negotiating parameters for each transaction for leadership approval.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Global Trade, Cyber Security, Intellectual Property, and other subject matter experts at all stages of transaction activity.
- Continuously improve processes related to the review, negotiation, execution, and management of Global Supply Chain contracts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures in all Global Supply Chain activities.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including legal and contracts experience with a strong focus on supply chain contracts, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Business Degree or Juris Doctor Degree (.).
- Significant experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating high-dollar, long-term, and complex contracts within the manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively support and engage with team members across the contracts team, legal department, and other functional groups.
- Capability to independently identify legal, intellectual property, and business risks in proposed transactions and secure appropriate terms.
- Ability to balance commercial and legal considerations to achieve the best overall outcome for the company.
- Proactive and strategic approach to resolving legal issues, with sound judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with multiple organizational levels and maintaining robust relationships with peers, internal clients, and external suppliers.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to clearly present the status and results of negotiations.
Salary Information:
- The salary range for this role is $124,000 to $250,000, representing a good faith estimate for all experience levels. Factors considered in extending an offer include the role, function, associated responsibilities, the candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
