Job Title: 2026 Summer Associate - Finance & Transactions
Job Responsibilities:
As a 2026 Summer Associate in the Finance & Transactions department, candidates will be expected to engage in a variety of tasks designed to integrate them into the legal practice and prepare them for a future role as an associate. Responsibilities include:
- Participating in substantive work assignments that reflect the interests and focus areas of the candidate within the Finance & Transactions practice.
- Engaging in observation opportunities to gain firsthand experience of legal proceedings and client interactions.
- Attending training sessions aimed at enhancing legal skills and knowledge, with the goal of translating these experiences into future success as an associate.
- Collaborating with team members and contributing to the department's projects and goals.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates applying for the Summer Associate position are required to be s, which indicates they are in their second year of law school. The application process requires:
- A resume detailing educational background and any relevant experience.
- An unofficial copy of the first-year law school transcript. If second-semester grades are unavailable at the time of application, candidates should submit their first-semester grades and provide an updated transcript once available.
