Job Description:

This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of antitrust and competition law matters for clients across various industries. Responsibilities:

As an Antitrust Associate at McGuireWoods, you will:

- Participate in all aspects of the practice, including antitrust audits and compliance programs, counseling, litigation, and government investigations.
- Work on high-stakes civil and criminal investigations and enforcement matters at the federal and state levels.
- Provide business antitrust counseling and representation in class action litigation.
- Handle international cartel investigations and mergers and acquisitions.
- Assist with drafting and negotiating agreements and compliance programs.
- Conduct legal research and write legal memoranda.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of attorneys and professionals to provide top-notch legal solutions for our clients.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

- 2-5 years of antitrust experience, with a background in civil litigation and class action defense.
- Excellent academic credentials and writing skills.
- Admission to the Virginia bar.
- Completed a federal clerkship (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
