Duties
- Handle a wide range of personal injury cases, including bicycle, pedestrian, motor vehicle collisions, and workplace injuries.
- Manage pre-litigation cases, including interactions with liability insurers and reviewing medical records.
- Represent clients in Oregon state courts, handling motion practice, depositions, and trials.
- Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and experts to develop effective case strategies.
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Provide counsel to clients, explaining legal options and helping them navigate the claims process.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of litigation experience in Oregon state courts.
- Experience with motion practice, depositions, and trial work.
- A background in personal injury law is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining attention to detail.

Education
