EY, a global professional services firm, is seeking a Tax Manager to join their Financial Services Office in the Customer Tax Operations and Reporting Services (CTORS) team. Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret IRS Code and Regulations, draft guidance, and analyze data for clients
- Conduct gap analysis of current policies and procedures and write business requirements
- Prepare documentation and presentations for clients
- Support the development of innovative technology solutions
- Train and manage staff located in remote delivery centers
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and ., . in Taxation, and/or Master's in Taxation (MST) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant tax consulting or tax operational experience
- Licensed attorney, CPA, Project Management Professional, Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent certification
- Active participation in industry groups such as SIFMA, ABA, IIB preferred

Salary Information:
- Base salary range for this position in all geographic locations in the US is $128,200 to $235,100
- Salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $153,900 to $267,100
- Individual salaries within these ranges are determined by factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and location
