Duties

  • Handle case management responsibilities across various stages of complex commercial litigation

  • Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and memoranda

  • Conduct legal research and analysis for ongoing litigation matters

  • Participate in depositions, oral arguments, and court hearings

  • Lead party and third-party discovery efforts

  • Collaborate with shareholders and legal teams on litigation strategy and case development

  • Engage in business development activities and client communications

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation

  • Strong experience with party and third-party discovery

  • Proven ability to draft persuasive legal writing and conduct in-depth legal research

  • Experience in oral arguments and depositions preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet tight deadlines

  • Demonstrated interest in long-term growth within a high-caliber litigation practice

Education

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

  • Strong academic credentials required

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in the state of Texas, or in the process of obtaining admission
