Job Title: Asset & Wealth Management Tax Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop team members to achieve exceptional deliverables.
- Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams.
- Independently solve and analyze complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables.
- Utilize the company's technical knowledge and industry insights to address client needs.
- Drive digitization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
- Coach teams to enhance their skills and performance.
- Oversee successful planning, budgeting, and execution of projects.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the company's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience is necessary.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $266,000. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
