Job Title: Senior Managing Director, Legal Transformation Services

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead transformation conversations at the C-level (CLO, GC, CIO, CFO) and senior management level for identifying targets with the sales team.
- Drive the sales cycle to expand Legal Transformation Solutions (LTS) offerings and increase revenue in the broader Legal Solutions Sales (LSS) service lines.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, delivery partners, and sales colleagues globally.
- Act as a senior consultative sales resource for the broader LSS organization, collaborating with Account Directors and pursuing LTS opportunities directly.
- Promote the company's LTS practice offerings and technology products at industry workgroups, conferences, and through publications.

Education and Experience Information:
- Required: 10+ years of C-level and senior executive-level consultative sales experience.
- Required: 5+ years of account management or relevant experience in Legal Transformation Services.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Salary Information:
- The compensation range for this role is $160,000 to $190,000 USD annually, with eligibility for a sales commission plan.
- Specific salary will be determined based on factors such as location-based market rate, abilities in relation to the job specification, performance during screening and interview, and pay parity with the wider team in the considered location.
- Further details about the package will be provided during the initial screening call with the Talent Acquisition Team.
